・Check-in will be in person, where you will be handed over keys and have the house rules explained.

・On the day of check-out, you will meet with a member of staff in person. You will be required to pay the rental fee and check for any forgotten items.

There are ashtrays outside, so please use them.

Please refrain from using the facility for parties or noisy gatherings, or for gatherings with more than the number of guests staying at the facility.
Please inquire in advance if you wish to invite guests other than those staying at the facility. A separate facility usage fee will apply.

Handheld fireworks only are permitted within designated areas.
Please be sure to let us know if you are using fireworks.
To prevent fires, please refrain from pointing them at grass, plants, or flammable materials.
The use of open flames comes with the responsibility of causing fires.

Please separate your trash.
There are trash cans on site. Please separate your trash according to the labels on the lids, etc.
You do not need to take your trash home, but we ask that you purchase an amount that is considerate of the environment and food waste.

You will be required to pay compensation for any damage or soiling of facilities or equipment.
